This is the place to live! The staff are professional and maintenance of the property is excellent. The recent upgrades to the apartments and common areas are beautiful. The building sits right in the middle of downtown Memphis where you are only a few steps away from restaurants, riverwalk, and trolley stop. Pembroke Square also has a great rooftop to relax, watch the sunset or entertain friends.

I love this community because the staff, the location, the apartment layouts, and the neighbors are all absolutely amazing. I've thought about moving downtown for a long time and now that I've made that decision, I couldn't imagine living in another location in this area.
